About the Role Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls Drive global process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centres Lead process optimization initiatives, including native, robotic and agentive process automation, workflow optimization, and ERP enhancements Maintain the global process optimization roadmap, prioritize improvement opportunities, and manage implementation of approved initiatives Define and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets to ensure continuous improvement and value realization Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards </s
