The Operations team is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and high-quality execution of Flix services across Mexico. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will work closely with Bus Partners and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with Flix standards, and support the continuous growth of our network. About the Role Lead the operational performance of assigned Bus Partners, ensuring compliance with Flix operational standards and achievement of operational KPIs. Build strong partnerships by providing continuous coaching, training, and operational support to Bus Partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Customer Service, Network Planning, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor service quality through operational KPIs, field inspections, audits, and performance reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Manage operational incidents, regulatory compliance, and corrective action plans to ensure safe and reliable operations. Source, evaluate, and manage operational suppliers while supporting new route launches, fleet readiness, and network expansion. Analyze operational performance using Flix systems and reporting tools to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes. About You Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation or a related field. 4 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or service operations management. Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or operational stakeholders while driving performance and accountability. Strong analytical skills with experience using operational KPIs, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools to support decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel frequently across the assigned region. Preferred: Experience in passenger transportation, mobility, fleet operations, regulatory compliance, Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies. Proficiency in English. <p style
