At ASM, Global Digital Transformation is accelerating the responsible use of data, AI and digital capabilities to strengthen business outcomes, innovation, operational excellence and employee experience. As AI rapidly evolves from predictive models to Generative AI, copilots and increasingly autonomous AI agents, strong governance is essential to balance value creation with safety, trust, compliance and resilience. You will play a critical role in operationalizing ASM’s AI Governance program: translating responsible AI principles, regulatory expectations and enterprise risk appetite into practical policies, controls, review mechanisms and adoption guidance. You will support governance across the AI lifecycle, including AI use-case intake, risk classification, model and solution review, GenAI acceptable-use guidance, AI agent oversight, third-party AI assessment, security and control assurance, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.
