Position Summary The Senior Engineer II, Mechanical Engineering is responsible for the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of mechanical subsystems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role works closely with systems, process, electrical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions that meet product, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical subsystems for advanced packaging semiconductor tools, including wafer handling, vacuum chambers, process modules, thermal control assemblies, robotics, and structural systems. Create detailed mechanical designs, 3D models, engineering drawings, and specifications using CAD tools.
