Job TitleOrder Management Intern (all genders) Job DescriptionYour role: Managing orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools. Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, creating and managing delivery orders. Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips). Providing excellent customer service for our customers. Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx). You're the right fit if: You are a student of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent. You have communicative English language (B2 level or higher) and feel comfortable in communication with stakeholders. You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management). You are team player with strong communication skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook) You are available to work for at least 30 hours per week In return, we offer you: 6-12 month internship based on a civil contract with competitive remuneration. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
