Job description

To be the technical owner for the test program, and the local expert To drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test flexibility improvement, test platform transfer, test efficiency improvement, etc. Responsible for debugging/root cause finding for customer return on ATE and production issues To understand the device behavior and functionality to be able to efficiently deliver debugging or test solution Work with Business Line for business creation and to deliver a high quality manufacturable product and test solution for meeting or exceeding the required time to market and product cost, as well as business fulfillment Work with product engineering to release test program/test hardware Responsible for test HW/SW change for test house transfer or new test platform conversion More information about NXP in Greater China... #LI-7743
