Job Summary Establishes systems and procedures to ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with requirements. Coordinates and conducts the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance. Education & Experience Typically requires 8 -12years of experience Typically College or university degree required Responsibilities Leads specialized compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects, monitors global regulatory changes and evaluates business impact, develops and implements tailored compliance policies and controls, advises leadership on strategic compliance decisions, represents the organization in external forums and audits, integrates compliance across business functions through collaboration, drives training and communication efforts to enhance compliance maturity, and contributes to global compliance strategy and regional alignment. Skills / Ability Generic (High Level) Applies deep expertise in global compliance frameworks, regulatory environments, and risk management practices, utilizes strong analytical and critical thinking to address complex scenarios, communicates and influences effectively across stakeholders, interprets and operationalizes legal requirements into policies and controls, manages compliance programs and metrics across business functions, and leads through ambiguity to drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams.
