This Position reports to: Supplier Quality and Development Enginee Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, ensuring thorough execution of supplier improvement and development. You will be mainly accountable for: Supplier quality management and development for mass production material Supplier quality performance monitoring and driving. Lead supplier performance evaluation and supplier quality development activities. Identify potential risk and carry out development of supplier capabilities and performance. Quick response for internal and external customer complaint. Non-conformance handling for mass production material- Incoming Instruction setup and control. Compliance with safety, health and environment regulation. Co-work with cross-function team to solve quality, delivery, technical problems. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree or above Good knowledge and experience in machining, gear, casting category. 5 years or above working experience in Supplier Quality function Familiar with FMEA, APQP, SPC, QC-7tools, Lean Six Sigma. Fluent in English writing and Oral Good team work spirit, communication skill, problem solving are required.
