Job Description: This HR Business Partner role is an integral part of the HR function. As a Band 1 Manager, you will be responsible for defining and aligning strategy for the functioning of HR in your area. You will take initiative in shaping and influencing the team and organizational culture, showcasing emotional intelligence. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering outputs with excellence in your area of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Build autonomy and personal initiative. Lead small projects or initiatives within the HR function. Understand HR systems and consistently deliver results via operational excellence. Identify key business building opportunities within the HR scope. Build capabilities and deliver business impact with excellence Consider business implications of projects or processes within the HR scope. Execute with excellence, ensuring quality delivery against goals. Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment. Prior experience in Human Resources or related field is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently. A strong understanding of HR systems and processes. A commitment to diversity and inclusion. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Fresh Graduate, up to 2 years of experience. UAE National Preferred.
