This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position requires overseeing the integration of various components, troubleshooting challenges, and continuously refining solutions to meet evolving needs. Collaboration with diverse teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions. - Strong experience in application design and configuration within cloud-based environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. - Skilled in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and scalable solutions.
