Position Summary You will lead projects and reliability activities to keep our site safe, efficient and resilient. You will work with engineering, quality, operations, EHS and external contractors. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop technical specifications and scopes for maintenance, repairs and equipment upgrades for rotating and stationary equipment. - Lead reliability projects: root cause analysis, corrective action plans and long-term improvement initiatives. - Provide technical support for capital projects, vendor selection and onsite installation checks. - Maintain and optimise preventive maintenance plans and equipment records in the CMMS. - Coordinate and supervise contractors to deliver works safely, on time and to specification. - Execute troubleshooting, testing and commissioning activities, and prepare the associated technical and safety documentation. Responsibilities - Propose and implement improvements to increase equipment availability and reduce downtime. - Write clear technical reports, procedures and maintenance work packs. - Support equipment qualification and (de)commissioning protocols where required. - Monitor performance indicators and report on reliability, energy use and maintenance backlogs. - Contribute to continuous improvement groups and support cross-functional investigations. - Ensure all work follows EHS rules and site quality requirements. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Degree or diploma in engineering, industrial maintenance, mechanical or electrical discipline, or equivalent vocational qualification. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment with responsibility for mechanical and/or electrical equipment. - Practical experience with rotating equipment (motors, pumps, compressors) and stationary equipment (piping, boilers, HVAC). - Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and a CMMS (for example SAP or equivalent). - Strong written and spoken French. Professional working knowledge of English is an advantage. - This role is primarily on-site at our France production site with occasional hybrid flexibility, as agreed with the manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, food or cosmetics. - Knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs and basic automation. - Experience with condition monitoring, vibration analysis or predictive maintenance techniques. - Familiarity with equipment qualification, commissioning and validation protocols. - Ability to prepare technical specifications and manage procurement or contractors. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and experience producing technical documentation.
