The Operations RMA Lead, is responsible for driving the efficient execution of field return processing across the operations workflow, coordinating the end-to-end Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Reporting to the General Manager, this position partners closely with receiving, inspection, planning, and support functions to coordinate returned product, improve status visibility, and support timely troubleshooting and rework. The role is central to reducing turnaround time, keeping priorities aligned, and ensuring field returns and related offline WIP move efficiently through the organization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the movement of returned product through receiving, inspection, and planning functions to support efficient processing and timely disposition. Drive prioritization of troubleshooting and rework activities within the operations group to maintain progress on active field returns. Develop and maintain tracking tools that provide clear visibility to the status of field returns in process. Collaborate with support organizations to ensure technical and logistical support is in place to enable efficient turnaround of field returns within defined time expectations. Monitor progress against turnaround expectations and escalate delays, risks, or support gaps as needed. Coordinate offline work in process related to field returns and broader operations priorities to support smooth execution. Identify recurring process issues and recommend practical improvements that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and reliability, as well as internal goals for cost and delivery. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: US Citizen / Willing and able to obtain security clearance Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field. 8+ Years experience supporting electronics manufacturing, operations, supply chain, product support, or field return processes. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using spreadsheets, workflow trackers, enterprise systems, or similar tools for data analysis, status reporting, and record management. Detail-oriented and disciplined, with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities. Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English, including the ability to provide clear and timely updates to varied stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to drive open items to resolution. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
