Job description

Espec Legal IV (GC) Country: Brazil -Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including supplier and customer-facing SaaS contracts and material/critical outsourcing arrangements and providing advice on commercial, IT, IP and data protection aspects. -Providing company secretarial and governance support to GetNet Platforms’ subsidiaries in Brazil. -Advising in relation to regulatory changes which present both an opportunity and challenge for the GetNet Platforms business, including regulations impacting payments, data, intellectual property, and financial services -Supporting ad hoc projects and transactions working closely with senior management, other GetNet legal teams and, where appropriate, external counsel -Keeping abreast of and contributing to industry consultations and internal training covering regulatory and market developments in financial services and payments innovation.
