We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Real Estate Manager to support the management and optimization of our corporate real estate portfolio. Working closely with real estate leadership, internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help ensure the successful planning, delivery, and operation of workplace and real estate projects. Manage real estate project plans, timelines, budgets, and cost tracking Analyze operational data and drive portfolio optimization initiatives Support lease negotiations, contract reviews, and compliance activities Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams on operational and maintenance matters Prepare financial analyses, budgets, and cost forecasts Maintain accurate records of real estate transactions and project documentation Support the onboarding of new offices, facilities, and lease agreements Provide project coordination and administrative support for meetings, site visits, and real estate initiatives Required Skills and Experience Professional qualification in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related discipline Proficiency in property and project management Strong analytical and financial skills, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting Demonstrated experience in lease negotiations and contract management Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in German, both written and spoken Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD), AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and related design tools Knowledge of the German real estate market and regulatory environment.
