Job description
The Application Engineer II provides advanced technical support and application guidance for Alerton building automation systems. The role works directly with authorized dealers, system integrators, customers, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Offering Management, and Technical Publications to diagnose system and product issues, recommend reliable solutions, support successful deployments and upgrades, and improve customer outcomes. You will report directly to our Application Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN. location on a Hybrid work schedule.
