The Team: The CoE Tiger Team is a dedicated group of trusted advisors responsible for driving the technical execution of solutions that help Value Engineers, our Tech Consultants, and customers achieve their strategic goals using the Celonis Platform. This team works hand-in-hand with Value Engineers throughout the entire customer journey—landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. They translate business goals into scalable solutions, develop reusable technical assets, and guide the design, performance, and security of high-impact projects to ensure customer success. The team plays a key role for the Center of Excellence (CoE) and the Value Engineering Department. The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Tiger Team Member with a passion for solution design. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Value Engineering, Sales, and Product Management teams to craft tailored architectures for prospects and customers. Your primary focus will be to provide technical expertise that removes blockers, aligns system integrations with strategic goals, and accelerates the adoption of our platform. The Work You’ll Do: Collaborate with Value Engineers to translate client business goals into scalable and secure technical solutions. Develop and maintain reusable technical assets, such as architecture templates and thought leadership materials, to enable consulting teams. Serve as a technical authority, providing guidance on solution design, performance optimization, and security best practices in pre-sales and post-sales environments. Lead mission-critical projects, fostering a collaborative environment across teams to deliver innovative and high-quality outcomes. The Skills You Need: Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python is a hard requirement (e.g., scripting, data manipulation, automation, or LLM integrations). Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (like Make/Integromat) or Celonis Action Flows is a strong plus. Solid foundational understanding of data analysis, system architecture, and basic coding principles. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and devise creative, cost-effective solutions. Communication & Collaboration: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Project Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain meticulous documentation. Mindset: A customer-focused approach, a commitment to continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Full professional proficiency in English (C1+ level required). Available full-time (40 hours/week) for a minimum duration of 6 months.
