Senior Data Center Support Services Technician

Job description

Responsible for providing first-line support for OCI data centers, including hardware, software, application, and network support. Required to reside near the Colina district in the Metropolitan Region, Chile. An Oracle Data Center Technician plays a key role in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies within OCI data center environments. As a skilled technician working across a wide range of data center systems, you will identify and escalate issues to the appropriate internal OCI teams when necessary. You will perform repairs, installations, and monitoring activities within assigned data center spaces. An advanced level of spoken, written, and reading English is required for all responsibilities described above.
