Senior Construction Cost Analyst – SQL & Data Modeling (Nashville, TN)

Job description

We are seeking a senior construction cost professional with expert SQL and data-modeling capabilities to build and manage a trusted source of truth for cost information. This role will bring together cost management, estimating, project controls, financial, and operational data from Horizon, Apex, and other internal systems. The successful candidate will turn fragmented source data into consistent, governed, decision-ready information—enabling better forecasting, benchmarking, and leadership reporting. This is a full-time onsite role in Nashville, TN.
