Account Manager, Field Sales About the Role As an Account Manager, Field Sales at Analog Devices, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales activities, partner development, and technical solution delivery. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to expand our market presence and develop customer relationships within your assigned territory. You will work at the intersection of sales strategy and partner development, serving as a key bridge between ADI's innovative technologies and our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct required field customer supports to assigned customers in Taiwan Lead the business and take accountability for making business growth Understand the customer´s requirements, take action with objectives and support customers to overcome the challenges Identify, create and manage business opportunities in order to get design wins Build up strategic relationships with key customers Be a pro-active member of the sales team and build a strong relationship internally and externally Effectively articulate and communicate customer needs back into the organization Travel to the other countries with customers will be required as well as travel to internal meetings and trainings Attend trade shows, industry events and conferences Qualification & Requirement A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification Less than 2 years sales experience (datacenter ODM experience is preferred) demonstrating success with strong selling, differentiated outputs and business planning skills Experience in the semiconductor market and insight of the datacenter market.
