Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a small operations team in achieving production targets while ensuring a safe, compliant, and GMP-driven working environment. In this role, you will coach and support team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize daily manufacturing processes to support the broader Operations unit. Working on a shift roster, you will combine strong leadership with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. Dutch (A2) and English (B2) language skills are required. You will be responsible for: Lead daily operations to meet production targets and ensure the team delivers results to required standards. Coach, develop, and manage team performance to keep staffing and training aligned with operational needs. Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing SOPs, GMP, company policies, and the Code of Business Conduct. Drive continuous improvement and a LEAN mindset using root‑cause problem solving and practical process improvements. Monitor and validate processes with Gemba walks, spot checks of standardized work, clear documentation, and visual controls. Identify operational risks, escalate issues when needed, and complete administrative tasks that ensure accurate, timely, quality outcomes. Qualifications / Requirements: MBO‑4 level education with one of the following: relevant MBO‑4 + ≥5 years’ experience, non‑relevant MBO‑4 + ≥7 years’ relevant experience, or MBO‑4 with ≥3 years’ people leader experience. Proven experience leading teams and managing performance in an operational environment. Dutch language level A2 and English level B2. Intermediate MS Office skills and basic data analysis ability. Strong interpersonal skills: stay positive, lead by example under pressure, and support change with clarity. Willingness and ability to work on a shift roster and apply company policies and legal requirements in daily work.
