As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and continuously improving the supply chain for Wolt Market in Finland. You will take ownership of a broad portfolio of Supply Chain responsibilities, including inventory and availability management, demand forecasting, supplier performance and operational supplier management. You will use data and strong commercial judgement to balance availability, inventory, shrinkage, and profitability, ensuring that Supply Chain decisions support both our customers and the overall performance of the business. The role requires a high degree of independence and ownership. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translate analysis into actions, and drive complex Supply Chain initiatives from problem definition through implementation and follow-up with limited guidance. You will work particularly closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst and act as an experienced sparring partner to the Finland Category and Store Operations teams. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Wolt Market Supply Chain community, sharing knowledge, contributing to common initiatives and supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain capabilities. Key tasks and responsibilities of the role Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Wolt Market Finland together with the local Supply Chain team. Manage and continuously improve inventory availability, stock levels and inventory health while balancing availability, shrinkage, capacity and profitability. Analyse demand, inventory, availability, shrinkage and supplier performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions. Own and continuously improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes, including forecasting around promotions, seasonal events and other changes in demand. Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and independently develop and execute actions to improve performance. Work closely with Category to evaluate the Supply Chain implications of supplier, assortment, promotion and commercial decisions and provide constructive challenge where required. Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store. Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements. Identify structural supplier or assortment-related Supply Chain challenges and develop commercially sound solutions together with relevant stakeholders. Own complex projects and larger workstreams from analysis and problem definition through implementation, stakeholder alignment and measurement of results. Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes. Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution. Proactively identify new business needs and improvement opportunities and develop proposals for how Supply Chain can address them. Work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, sharing expertise, providing guidance and supporting development through informal mentoring and collaboration.
