What You'll Do (When You Join Us) As a Java Engineer, you will work on modern, enterprise-grade systems requiring deep technical expertise and strong engineering discipline. Architect & BuildDesign and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Build high-throughput backend services, event-driven applications, integration layers, and resilient distributed systems. Develop secure, maintainable, and highly available applications leveraging modern Java ecosystem technologies. Optimise & EnhanceImprove system performance through profiling, JVM tuning, memory optimisation, concurrency management, and API optimisation. Implement clean architecture principles, design patterns, secure coding practices, and maintain high code quality standards. Enhance application reliability through observability, monitoring, and automated testing. CollaborateWork in an Agile environment with Product Owners, Architects, SRE, QA, and Platform Engineering teams. Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, architecture reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives. Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions aligned with business goals. Mentor & ShareGuide junior engineers, contribute to engineering forums, and participate in internal tech talks and knowledge-sharing sessions. Help drive engineering excellence through coaching, technical mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.
