Job Description Visa's Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) organization is undergoing a significant transformation to become an AI-native, platform-driven business. We are seeking a Senior Manager to help drive CMS Product's transformation by scaling agentic capabilities, modernizing product development practices, and improving how teams operate across our global portfolio. This role will partner closely with leaders across Product, Technology, Design, Risk, Operations, and other business functions to identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI throughout the product lifecycle. The individual will help accelerate adoption of the Visa Agentic Toolchain (VATC), establish scalable ways of working, and drive initiatives that improve how products are planned, built, launched, and managed. Success in this role will be measured by increased adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, improvements in product development velocity and team productivity, and measurable business outcomes across the CMS portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence, with a passion for driving innovation, organizational change, and operational effectiveness at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives in the CMS Product agentic transformation roadmap, driving adoption of AI and the Visa Agentic Toolchain (VATC) across the organization. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to apply AI and agentic capabilities across product strategy, development, commercialization, and portfolio management. Partner with Product, Technology, Design, Risk, and Operations leaders to modernize product development practices and improve how teams work. Develop and scale AI-enabled workflows, best practices, and operating frameworks that increase productivity, quality, and execution speed. Champion adoption of VATC and agentic ways of working, helping teams understand and embed AI across the end-to-end product lifecycle. Identify opportunities to simplify products, streamline processes, expand platform reuse, and reduce organizational and technology complexity. Define, track, and communicate key metrics related to transformation progress, tool adoption, product development velocity, and client outcomes. Use data, automation, and AI-driven insights to identify execution bottlenecks and recommend improvements to portfolio performance. Build business cases and recommendations for transformation investments, operating model improvements, and emerging AI capabilities. Influence enterprise AI and toolchain priorities by representing CMS Product needs, requirements, and feedback with Visa-wide stakeholders. Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations that advance CMS toward an AI-native product operating model. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. This role must sit in our San Francisco office. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Transformation, Technology Strategy, Product Operations, or related disciplines. 9+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Transformation, Technology Strategy, Product Operations, or related disciplines. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large, matrixed organization. Experience defining product, operational, or business strategies and driving execution against measurable objectives. Proven ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, and business functions without direct authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience using data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure business impact. Experience leading AI, digital, product, or operating model transformation initiatives within a technology, payments, fintech, or financial services organization. Experience implementing or scaling generative AI solutions, AI-assisted product development, agentic workflows, or enterprise AI platforms. Strong understanding of modern product management practices and operating models. Experience working with software platforms, APIs, data products, or enterprise technology solutions. Experience developing business cases, success metrics, and performance frameworks to measure adoption and business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and influence senior leaders across highly matrixed organizations. Experience translating emerging technologies into practical product, operational, or customer value. Experience working across global and regional teams in a complex enterprise environment. Knowledge of payments, commercial payments, money movement, fintech, or broader financial services ecosystems. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Information for US Applicants For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $149,800 to $240,100 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
