We are looking for a QA Manager, Transport & GDP Compliance to own and lead the Corporate Transportation Quality Program, ensuring GDP and applicable GMP compliance across the distribution and transportation of pharmaceutical products worldwide. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead the corporate governance framework, quality standards, policies and strategic priorities for transportation activities across affiliates, partners and logistics service providers. ✅ Provide functional leadership and ensure the consistent implementation of transportation quality requirements across territories. ✅ Drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, International Trade, Supply Chain, affiliates and logistics partners to manage transportation quality risks and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Lead the qualification, approval and ongoing quality oversight of logistics service providers, including audits, quality agreements, performance reviews and risk-based monitoring. ✅ Ensure transportation routes, systems and providers remain qualified, validated and compliant with GDP, GMP and company quality standards. ✅ Oversee the management of deviations, temperature excursions, CAPAs and quality events with potential product impact. ✅ Act as the quality lead for domestic transportation activities in Spain, ensuring compliance with GDP requirements, approved procedures and contractual commitments. ✅ Represent the company during health authority inspections and partner audits, ensuring inspection readiness and effective management of remediation plans. ✅ Define and monitor quality performance indicators, identify risks and drive continuous improvement across the transportation network. What We're Looking ForDegree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, distribution quality, supply chain quality, manufacturing and/or quality control within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of GDP and applicable GMP requirements, transportation qualification and validation, logistics service provider oversight, deviation and CAPA management, and audit and inspection readiness. Proven ability to influence across functions and geographies, make risk-based decisions and engage senior stakeholders. Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems; TrackWise knowledge is a plus. Advanced English. The role provides corporate governance and functional leadership to ensure GDP and applicable GMP compliance throughout the distribution and transportation of Almirall pharmaceutical products across affiliates, partners and logistics service providers. The position is also accountable for the quality oversight and operational management of domestic transportation activities in Spain and the associated logistics service provider processes.
