Your mission Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'Établissement, vous déclinez la politique de prévention des risques du Groupe en un plan d'actions Sécurité adapté au site, autour de 3 piliers : 👥 Sécurité des personnes — santé au travail, conditions de travail 🏭 Sécurité des biens — protection de l'outil de travail 🌱 Sécurité de l'environnement — conformité réglementaire environnementale ✅ Vos missions clés Prévention & contrôle : audits, Document Unique, analyses d'accidents/incidents, plans d'actions Pilotage sécurité : reporting, indicateurs (taux de fréquence/gravité), relation CSSCT, Services de Santé au Travail, CRAM Environnement : dossiers ICPE, gestion des déchets, veille réglementaire, transition énergétique, déclarations administratives Formation : plan de formation sécurité, accueil des nouveaux arrivants, habilitations Services généraux : suivi des prestataires (nettoyage, gardiennage, espaces verts...) Veille réglementaire : analyse de conformité, plans d'actions correctifs Who you are ? 🎓 Profil recherché Formation : Bac+5 (Ingénieur/Master HSE) ou Bac+2/Licence pro spécialisée avec expérience significative en tant que Responsable HSE Expérience confirmée en sécurité et environnement, idéalement en environnement industriel/logistique Compétences techniques : Maîtrise du Code du Travail et du Code de l'Environnement Connaissance d'un secteur certifié qualité appréciée Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office ; connaissance de Tennaxia = un plus Une expérience en industrie cosmétique, pharmaceutique ou agroalimentaire est un atout Qualités personnelles : 🤝 Esprit d'équipe et sens du relationnel 🎯 Rigueur, autonomie, force de proposition 🗣️ Bonne communication orale et écrite 🔍 Vigilance et sens aigu de la sécurité 🚶 Goût pour le terrain At Pierre Fabre Laboratories, we believe that our greatest asset is our people.
