This position reports to: Accounting & Reporting Manager - General __ Position Overview This position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, treasury operations, payment processing, reporting, and audit support. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in SAP systems. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage bank balances and cash flow forecasting, Prepare cash flow forecasts and foreign currency balance reports Process BAD requests and manage SAP open items, Manage accounts receivable aging and collections Process local payments and manage payment workflows - Check and prepare export supporting documents - Verify withholding tax payments - Manage FX transactions for POBO Maintain SOD role compliance Audit Support-Prepare and organize audit materials ,Support audit operations and procedures Accounting & Reporting-Closing task and annual report prepare Company level related operation Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in SAP Financial Module (especially FI/AR/AP modules) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes Familiarity with payment systems, treasury operations, and compliance requirements Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
