Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis Location: Bogotá About the JobAt Sanofi, we're committed to transforming healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We are looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our Finance team and play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, compliance, and governance activities across the North America reporting perimeter. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing legal entity financial statements, supporting executive-level financial reviews, coordinating key governance forums, and partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Consolidations, and External Audit teams. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and provides an opportunity to influence financial reporting processes within a dynamic and evolving environment. Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze quarterly legal entity financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for North American entities. Perform detailed reviews of financial accounts, balances, reserves, and disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of North America Accounts Committee meetings involving regional finance leadership and global consolidation teams. Partner with internal and external auditors to support audits, address accounting and reporting issues, and maintain a strong internal control environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, Consolidations, Statutory Reporting, and Finance teams on financial reporting, disclosures, and accounting matters. Prepare and review disclosures for statutory and external reporting requirements, including Form 20-F reporting. Analyze and reconcile intangible asset activities and related accounts. Coordinate restructuring reporting and analysis packages. Support special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc financial analyses. Contribute to compliance activities, including account reconciliation quality reviews and journal entry testing. About YouExperience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus. 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Finance. Experience within a Big Four/public accounting environment is highly valued. Knowledge of IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls is preferred. Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
