Position Summary: Zoetis is seeking an experienced Execution Lead, ERP Delivery to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs, including our multi-year NextGen SAP S/4HANA Transformation. This leadership role is responsible for the governance, planning, and execution of complex ERP initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), and integrated business applications. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end program delivery from initial planning through go-live and hypercare while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance standards. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP program leadership experience, a proven track record delivering global ERP transformations, and expertise managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations. Key Responsibilities: Program & Portfolio Leadership Lead delivery of the NextGen SAP Transformation program, including Waves 2, 3, and 4. Drive end-to-end execution of enterprise ERP initiatives covering configuration, development, security, data migration, integrations, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery performance. Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and executive leadership to achieve successful outcomes. Establish and maintain delivery governance processes, including program plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and executive reporting. Manage dependencies across ERP workstreams, deployment waves, business functions, markets, sites, and legal entities. Lead M&A integration efforts, including system onboarding, data migration, testing, cutover planning, and deployment activities. Ensure successful execution of system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, performance testing, deployment readiness, and hypercare support. Apply SAP Activate and hybrid delivery methodologies to optimize program execution and business outcomes. undefined Ensure program delivery complies with FDA, GxP, SOX, and other global regulatory requirements. Establish effective risk management, issue escalation, and mitigation processes. Maintain audit readiness, change control, documentation standards, and traceability throughout the program lifecycle. Qualifications: Required Experience 8+ years of ERP program delivery experience, including multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations. Demonstrated success delivering SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA programs from design through go-live. Experience leading large-scale, multi-wave ERP transformations across multiple regions, business units, and legal entities. Proven ability to lead global, matrixed teams consisting of business stakeholders, IT resources, and external delivery partners. Experience managing integrated testing, cutover planning, deployment activities, and hypercare support. Working knowledge of FDA-regulated environments, validated systems, GxP requirements, and SOX controls. Experience delivering integrated ERP ecosystems that include Salesforce and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions. Experience utilizing enterprise AI productivity tools to support technology delivery and operational effectiveness. undefined SAP S/4HANA greenfield transformation experience. Experience leading ERP-related M&A integrations. Background in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, animal health, or other regulated industries. PMP or equivalent project/program management certification. Equivalent professional experience will be considered. Work Arrangement: This position is based in Parsippany, New Jersey and follows a hybrid work model. Regular onsite presence is expected to support program delivery, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000 to $209,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation. This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
