The Strategic Accounts Opportunity Okta Platform Focus: Primary focus on Workforce Identity Solutions (Okta WIC), with foundational Customer Identity (Auth0) exposure. Segment Scope: Strategic Accounts (Global enterprise clients with high-complexity, multi-org hybrid environments). Travel: Some travel is required, including in-person onboarding and travel to our San Francisco, CA HQ OR Chicago office during the first week of employment. This role is integral to the Strategic Segment team. As a P3 Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical advisor and advocate for a portfolio of Okta's largest, most complex global enterprises across industries such as Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology. Key Identity Solutions & Technologies You Will Support You will guide enterprise customers through complex deployment architectures across core workforce solutions and developer-focused identity integrations: Workforce Identity Cloud (Primary Focus): Identity & Access Management (IAM): Single Sign-On (SSO), Adaptive MFA, Device Access, API Access Management, Secure Partner Access, Access Gateway, and Universal Directory. Identity Governance & Administration (IGA): Lifecycle Management, Workflows, and Identity Governance (automated SCIM provisioning and zero standing privileges). Privileged Access Management (PAM): Privileged Access controls.
