The role As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner , you will own end-to-end recruiting delivery across a portfolio spanning technical, product and hardware functions. Working in close partnership with hiring managers and the Talent team, you will translate hiring plans into structured, high-quality search processes. Your primary measure of success over the next year will be attracting, evaluating, and placing exceptional candidates across key business units, ensuring each hire advances Helsing's mission. This is a hands-on role that demands rigour, credible stakeholder relationships, and a genuine commitment to raising the standard of hiring quality as Helsing scales.
