Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Director of Data Center Development to lead design management across a portfolio of mission-critical data center developments. This position is accountable for the overall effectiveness of the design management organization, including portfolio execution, design governance, technical alignment, standards implementation, risk management, consultant performance, and multidisciplinary coordination. The Senior Director will translate OCI's infrastructure requirements and business objectives into scalable design strategies and repeatable delivery processes. This individual will ensure that design decisions are appropriately governed, technical risks are identified and resolved early, and project teams maintain alignment with OCI requirements throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
