Job Description Responsibilities Implement access strategy (Key markets-prov./City-level） Develop and implement regional implementation plan Regional policy analysis and advocacy Establish successful access models, including work mechanisms and SOPs/Playbook Develop KDM coverage plans Regional KDM mapping in key markets (Prov./City-level) Conduct KDM visits and collect insights Transmit key information to regional KDMs Manage key projects on external platforms. Execute regional projects effectively. Qualifications Required Field access experience, including but not limited to GAMA, innovative market access, or KA, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong major client management skills and excellent customer communication abilities. Ability to coordinate and cooperate across teams. Proficient in analysis and summarization, with strong presentation skills. Innovative thinker with a self-driven and growth mindset. Preferred Experience in the vaccine field. RM/RPM experience, including strategy and campaign implementation. New product or indication launch experience.
