Candidates must have the following qualifications: Proficient in using hand tools, such as soldering irons and other related equipment used for rework Capable of performing extraction and installation of the following component packages (SMD, BGA, BGA type connectors) Can perform DUT Pad replating, Trace rework and DUT Pad replacement Support hardware modifications (trace re-routing, Pad extension) incompliance with IPC standards Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics Hands-on experience in soldering or related work Ability to operate BGA machine is an advantage Experience in programming is an advantage Good verbal and written communication skills For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
