Monitors the content & onboarding team members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met. Track agent performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. Ensure accurate menu creation, timely updates, and dish-level photography in line with SOPs. Train vendors on tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, and payment and billing processes. Conduct regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights & run projects to improve onboarding and content processes.
