ERP Data Specialist

Responsibilities: Data Input, Creation, and Maintenance:Own creation of new SKUs in SAP ERP system, for all material types Execute product updates and maintenance including, but not limited to: BOM adjustments, routing corrections, new material entries, etc. Adhere to and help maintain SOPs for data processes and protocols. Data Verification and Validation through regular audits of data to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies. Support data entry and analysis for ERP and other database systems Support Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and Accounting / Finance in data entry, modeling, and reporting Communicate effectively with Supply Chain, R&D, and operations teams to identify essential support and carry out productive solutions. Identify and support implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Follow company policies for data security and confidentiality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. An associate degree and/or equivalent professional experience will be considered. Knowledge of manufacturing and/or warehouse inventory systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills for working with multiple departments. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required. Intermediate skills in MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMs).
