Specialist Performance Management (f/m/d)

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize global supply chain, operations, and cross-functional processes to enhance efficiency and business performance. Develop and implement global strategies to improve inventory management, delivery performance, and overall operational effectiveness. Design and establish performance management frameworks, including KPI systems, reporting solutions, and dashboards for global operations and supply chain functions. Lead and support international, cross-functional projects focused on optimizing logistics, material flows, manufacturing processes, and supply chain performance. Collaborate closely with global sites, supply chain teams, sales organizations, controlling, and technical functions to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives. Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making. Prepare management presentations and decision-making materials while promoting best practices in performance management across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience in global project management, ideally complemented by expertise in Lean Management or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), KPI frameworks and data visualization tools, with a strong focus in Power BI. Strong knowledge of process management, standardization, and digital workflow design. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. Strong English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.
