This position reports to: EL Sales Support Manager - Technical Sales Support __ Your role and responsibilities We are now looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the Distribution Solutions division in Vaasa. In this role, you will provide pre-sales technical support and training for customers and sales organizations globally. You will help customers solve technical challenges, conduct demonstrations and FATs, deliver customer and sales training and support sales teams with technical expertise. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, Technical Marketing Managers, Product Management, and R&D to ensure excellent customer experience and successful application of our solutions. The role includes occasional international travel. The work model for this role is: hybrid, #LI-Hybrid You will mainly be accountable for: Supporting a broad global customer base and sales organizations by responding to technical inquiries and providing application guidance throughout the pre-sales phase Conducting FATs, demonstrations, and technical presentations Preparing technical recommendations and solution proposals Delivering customer and sales training Maintaining training materials and demonstration environments Qualifications for the Role BSc or MSc level degree in electrical engineering or similar Experience with protection relays, protection applications, or substation automation Commissioning experience is considered an advantage Experience with PCM600, Omicron, or similar tools is considered an advantage Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Fluent written and spoken English What’s in it for you?
