This position reports to: Abteilungsleiter __ Shift Leader Electronics Manufacturing – 3-Shift (f/m/d) Your Role & Responsibilities Take the lead of a shift team in our production and work together with your team to ensure safe, quality-focused and reliable production operations. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite in a 3-shift operation. Lead and develop the employees within your shift team, including conducting development discussions and contributing to personnel decisions Ensure delivery schedules as well as quality and performance targets are met within the shift Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational safety, ESD protection and workplace conduct requirements Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within your area of responsibility Our team dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. What it takes to Run what runs the world Completed technical education or vocational training (apprenticeship, technical school or comparable qualification) Professional experience in a production environment, ideally with initial leadership or coordination experience Very good communication and teamwork skills combined with a high level of attention to detail Structured and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality Experience with MS Office and SAP Very good German skills, both written and spoken, and willingness to work in a 3-shift operation We offer a full range of benefits to help you thrive at work and beyond: Health & Well-being – Access to various health measures, a Global Employee Assistance Program, and a gender-neutral parental leave policy. The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 48.287,12 EUR annually for a full-time position as of May 2026.
