Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Senior Golang Microservices Engineer – Job Description Role Title Senior Golang Microservices Engineer Experience 5–8+ years overall software engineering; strong hands-on Go experience Role Summary Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable cloud-native backend microservices using Go, gRPC, REST, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes. Role Summary Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable cloud-native backend microservices using Go, gRPC, REST, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes. Primary Responsibilities Go / Golang Develop idiomatic, efficient Go services; use goroutines/channels appropriately; implement error handling, configuration, logging, and dependency management. Microservices Design service boundaries, APIs, dependencies, resiliency patterns, health checks, graceful shutdown, and scalable distributed services. gRPC + REST Develop gRPC services with Protocol Buffers and REST APIs; define contracts, versioning, error handling, and API documentation. PostgreSQL Develop data access layers; write optimized SQL; design indexes, transactions, constraints; manage schema migrations and query performance. Unit / Integration Testing Create table-driven unit tests, mocks, fixtures, integration/API tests, and automated test execution in CI/CD. Kubernetes Deploy and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes; work with Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, probes, scaling, and resource limits. Production Engineering Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, improve reliability/performance, and collaborate with DevOps/SRE. Preferred Skills Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kafka/RabbitMQ, observability, OpenTelemetry, API gateways, OAuth2/JWT/TLS. Education Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
