As the regional "Center of Excellence," The corporate finance CoE together with the subsidiaries and the Paris head office team, arranges the most suitable financing structures for subsidiaries based on cash flows, risks and local regulations; provides financial engineering to support complex business investments and monitors top customers’ risks. The corporate finance CoE members usually further expand their skillset and experience to the domains like M&A, treasury, investor relationship and CFO roles. The corporate finance CoE is a unified, cross-border taskforce who are located in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and in Shanghai (China). 您将如何贡献和成长？ Arrange long-term financing (external & internal loans) and capital injection for new investments Set up long-term loan facilities Identify financing needs by monitoring the key assumptions of budget and rolling forecast, new investment decisions, and any refinancing requests. Analyze entity-level business plans to facilitate long-term strategy for loans, equity injections, and dividend distributions. Develop and propose optimal financing structures, including debt-to-equity ratios, financing sources and tenors, to the head office Corporate Finance Team. Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes with Group-approved banks, including the preparation of information memorandum and comparative analysis of banking proposals. Establish banking facilities in compliance with Group standards, partnering with Legal to ensure the validation of all contractual clauses. Oversee 12-month cash flow forecasting and perform gap analysis comparing actual performance against projections. Conduct annual reviews of existing banking facilities to ensure continued alignment and performance. Capital Injection: collaborate with business lines to forecast funding needs and capital injection plan on a new investment, ensure minimum equity and on time capital injection to support business operations. Arrange short-term financing (external & internal loans) for working capital requirements Discuss with entities regarding short-term funding requirements to support daily operations. Establish and oversee the utilization of short-term loan facilities, adjusting limits as necessary. Credit Assessment and Bank Guarantee Evaluate customer credit risks for prospective projects; provide findings and strategic advice to business units to enhance risk mitigation efforts. Conduct annual assessments of the Group Top Customer List, performing detailed industry and risk analysis of major clients across all business lines. Manage the assessment and verification of terms, conditions, and language for non-standard Bank Guarantees. Advisory and ad-hoc Projects M&A due diligence, facilitate corporate finance training, champion continuous process improvements, and keep up regulatory developments. 您是合适的人选么？ Bachelor’s degree and major in Finance, Economics (not Accounting) or laws related is preferred. Experience with an international organization is preferred. Minimum 8 years of corporate finance/treasury experience and at least 5 years of debt raising experience is a must. Expertise in core terms and conditions of banking loans (bilateral, syndication) is a must. Abilities to understand the business substances, and sense of outlooking instead of reviewing. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, maintaining a clear sense of priorities; Solution oriented.
