Travel and Expense Team Leader for Spain

Job Description: Job Description We are now recruiting a Travel and Expense Team Leader for Spain to join our Travel & Expenses team in Lisbon. Responsibilities - your mission: Oversees all activities within the team and is responsible for its performance Take decisions on how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them Distributes daily volume of work Distributes information to team members and stakeholders Coaches team members Develops team strengths and improve weaknesses Identify team goals and evaluate team progress Resolve conflict within the team Manages escalations, including support to litigation topics Ensures query resolution on a timely basis Investigate and resolve blocking points in audit process Build and sustain a robust relationship with local teams, stakeholders and leadership Become a focal point for local employees Propose recommendations and supervise the implementation of T&E Policies and procedures Propose and implement process harmonization and standardization between the different countries and promote an end to end T&E process Propose Continuous Improvement initiatives Ensure strict compliance with Travel and Expense Policies, legal regulations and local tax laws Supports and assists the Head of Travel & Expense on management tasks related with the team development, training, benefits, promotion, team building, etc) Requirements - our ideal candidate will have Work Experience Minimum of 6 years of professional experience Minimum of 2 years of effective Travel & Expense experience Leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in a GBS or similar Working knowledge of SAP Soft skills requirements Verbal and nonverbal communication skillsMust communicate in a way that is clear, effective and directive Fluency in one of the four official languages of Airbus Organizational skillsStrong organizational skills are crucial to help monitor progress, keep team members motivated and KPI controlled at all times Proven ability to work in a team and independently Ability to delegateTeam leader must be able to delegate tasks by trusting in the individual abilities of the team IntegrityShould lead by example, gain the respect and the appreciation of the team Confident work ethicShould display confidence in the task and the team to instill confidence in others Mandatory fluency in Spanish language Benefits - what’s in it for you: Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.
