Job Description Position Summary: Director, Strategy & Planning, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, operating to drive alignment, execution, and organizational effectiveness. Acting as the organization's strategic orchestrator, you will connect priorities across functions, ensure leaders are operating against a common set of objectives, and maintain focus on the initiatives that drive sustainable financial growth and business performance. You will serve as the central point of coordination across strategic programs, helping remove barriers, accelerate decision-making, and ensure teams remain aligned and accountable to critical milestones and outcomes. What You Will Be Doing: Lead development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned to organizational goals and business priorities. Partner with executive leaders to translate strategy into actionable operating plans, milestones, and performance measures. Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, and decision-making across strategic programs and enterprise initiatives. Oversee business planning processes, balanced scorecard reviews, and performance tracking against key objectives. Evaluate growth opportunities, business model innovations, and strategic investments to support organizational success. Review financial models, business cases, forecasting assumptions, and resource allocation recommendations. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and business performance to inform strategic decisions. Lead complex programs and projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk parameters. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Foster collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Function as the strategic conductor of the organization, orchestrating cross-functional leaders, initiatives, and operating rhythms to ensure priorities remain synchronized, critical objectives are achieved, and sustainable financial growth targets are consistently met. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a skills-based equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, transformation, or related leadership roles. Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational performance management. Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives through influence and cross-functional partnership. Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, business case development, and strategic decision-support skills. Experience managing complex programs, prioritizing competing initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Exceptional communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities. Proven skills in change leadership, root cause analysis, problem solving, and execution management. Experience leading managers, multidisciplinary teams, or multiple functional workstreams in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field. Experience supporting executive leadership in a strategic operations capacity. Background in mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, or corporate development activities. Experience implementing operating models, organizational transformations, or enterprise change initiatives. Knowledge of balanced scorecard frameworks, strategic performance management, and governance practices. Certification in project, program, or change management disciplines.
