Job Description Key Responsibilities: Drive Visa Direct business growth in Bangladesh by identifying, developing, and commercializing account-based and card-based money movement opportunities. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cross-border payments, remittance, and money movement solutions, aligned to market opportunities and client needs. Identify new remittance and cross-border payment corridors, use cases, and strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion. Build and manage a pipeline of banks, fintechs, regulated financial institutions, merchants, and ecosystem partners. Lead end-to-end business development including opportunity identification, client engagement, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract execution. Partner with clients on business cases, implementation roadmaps, and commercialization. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Regional teams. Drive ecosystem expansion through strategic partnerships and market education. Support client implementations and market launches. Deliver against annual revenue, volume, and strategic growth objectives while maintaining strong client satisfaction and market leadership Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in payments/cards in banking or financial services industry. Experience in trade finance, remittances, correspondent banking, treasury services, or transaction banking will be preferred. Strong knowledge of cross-border payment mechanisms, settlement models, foreign exchange flows, and regulatory considerations impacting international money movement. Experience working with banks, fintechs, payment service providers, payment aggregators, or payment networks preferred. Self-starter with strong ownership, capable of independently driving business opportunities from identification through commercialization, implementation, and scale-up. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across sales, product, technology, risk, compliance, legal, and external partners. Strong commercial and business development mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver results. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
