You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business demands into functional software components that support organizational goals and operational workflows. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software customization. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong understanding of financial management processes within utility industries. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.
