Join us to power the future of the digital world. The Enterprise Routing organization designs and develops Cisco's Edge and Access routing products. We architect the next generation of routing technology using both internally developed and commercially available silicon. The team designs, implements, and delivers industry leading routing products. You will be part of the dynamic and passionate team working on innovative projects. Your ImpactAs the Leader of the Enterprise Routing India hardware engineering team, you will: Lead a dedicated team of Hardware Design engineers on a mission to deliver next generation routing products. Drive hardware product development from concept to production. Lead your team through the entire design process from requirements definition, hardware specification, design, development, test and introduction into volume production. Work with a large cross functional team of software, mechanical, ECAD, SI, diagnostics, test and manufacturing engineers to deliver products on time with excellent quality. Facilitate communication and creative problem-solving to identify root causes of customer and production issues and implement corrective measures. Effectively manage vendor relationships, ensuring suitability and performance of high-quality components and alignment to project specifications. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering + 12+ years of related experience. 10+ years of experience in hardware design and development. Experience in managing teams and leading technical projects. Experience leading teams through specification, design, and development of complex electronic systems including component selection, schematic design, printed circuit board design, system bring-up, debug and qualification. Experience leading programs from concept through all stages of development and into production. Experience working with cross functional teams of mechanical, signal integrity, ECAD, manufacturing engineers, etc. to deliver high quality products. Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience designing networking equipment like routers and switches is a plus. Why Cisco?
