This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues. - Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apigee. - Experience with API management and integration platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and support processes. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and communicate technical information clearly. - Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques for application support.
