Team description The LATAM Support Enablement team makes sure agents across Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico have the knowledge and skills they need to support SumUp's merchants from day one. As we bring new markets into the operation and prepare external teams to support us, the scope of training and knowledge adoption is growing fast, and this role is being created to give it the focus it deserves. Joining now means shaping how a multi-market Support team learns, ramps up and keeps its knowledge sharp during one of the most important growth phases for LATAM Support. What you'll do Run onboarding sessions for new Support agents across Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico, making sure everyone starts with the right access, materials and setup. Prepare and facilitate onboarding training sessions based on existing content, helping agents reach full contact-handling readiness within their first week. Measure agents' knowledge levels, spot gaps, and design targeted training or reinforcement actions to close them Run knowledge reinforcement initiatives that keep agents up to date on products, processes and tools Encourage the use of internal content and documentation to build agents' autonomy over time You'll be great for this role if...
