A critical activity will be to drive Information Management and Project Management improvements. Your role: Drive end-to-end clinical program execution and operational excellence by enabling Clinical Development Scientists, Clinical Research Managers, and Clinical Research Associates to deliver high-quality clinical studies on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations, global processes, and company procedures. Lead internal data acquisition initiatives for image optimization while ensuring alignment with Clinical Operations requirements. Establish scalable project management and knowledge management frameworks through the adoption of agile methodologies, standardized requirements documentation, and digital collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint to support continuous learning, efficient study execution, and informed decision-making. Lead operational performance management by developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, Kanban boards, and progress reporting tools that provide transparency into study execution, resource utilization, risks, and program outcomes. Develop and coach high-performing teams through real-time feedback, mentoring, leadership development, and targeted training programs that strengthen engagement, process adoption, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure quality, compliance, and inspection readiness by addressing knowledge gaps, driving adherence to clinical study procedures, and supporting audits, corrective actions, responses, and effectiveness checks within established timelines. You're the right fit if: You have acquired 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, clinical studies, real-world data, or related technical environments. Experience in operations research, process development, financial management, resource planning, and leadership reporting is highly desired. You have experience with agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Forms, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards and metrics reporting using Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus. You possess strong documentation, information management, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a quantitative, technical, scientific, engineering, or related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus. You are an exceptional communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English. You excel at organizing and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives, can effectively manage competing timelines and resources, demonstrate a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, and are comfortable working flexible hours and traveling up to 15% as business needs require. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $115,000 to $182,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
