ABOUT THE TEAM Enterprise Functions Engineering drives the strategy, delivery, and support of LSEG's enterprise platforms across Finance, Risk and other corporate functions. ROLE SUMMARY: As a Senior Manager - FP&A Systems, you will lead the strategy, delivery, support, and continuous evolution of LSEG's Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. You will serve as the technology owner for Oracle EPM applications supporting Consolidation and Close, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Workforce Planning, Cost Allocations, and Enterprise Performance Management processes across the organisation. Working closely with Finance, Finance Transformation, Engineering, and external partners, you will drive platform stability, governance, adoption, and innovation while enabling efficient planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making capabilities. You will lead the delivery of strategic Finance transformation initiatives and ensure Oracle EPM solutions continue to meet evolving business requirements. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Proven experience leading Oracle EPM platforms within a large global enterprise. Deep expertise across Oracle EPM Cloud modules including FCC, Planning, Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), EDM, Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting, and Data Management. Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, workforce planning, and scenario modelling. Experience leading Oracle EPM implementation, upgrade, optimisation, and support programmes. Strong understanding of Oracle EPM architecture, integrations, metadata management, security, and governance processes. Experience managing internal engineering teams, third-party support providers, and system integrators. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Finance and Technology leadership. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Owning the Oracle EPM platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational support model. Acting as the primary technology partner for Finance Planning & Analysis teams and Finance Transformation initiatives. Leading the design, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle EPM solutions supporting enterprise planning and performance management processes. Driving adoption of Oracle EPM capabilities, best practices, automation, and process standardisation initiatives. Managing Oracle monthly release assessments, impact analysis, testing, and deployment activities. Overseeing application support, incident management, problem management, service improvements, and platform availability. Ensuring effective management of metadata, business rules, integrations, security models, and data governance controls. Partnering with Architecture and Data teams to define integration strategies across Oracle ERP, enterprise data platforms, reporting solutions, and downstream applications. Leading platform enhancement projects and Finance transformation programmes from concept through delivery. Establishing and maintaining robust controls supporting audit, compliance, risk management, and SOX requirements where applicable. Managing relationships with Oracle, implementation partners, and support vendors. Providing leadership, coaching, and direction to engineers, analysts, and support resources supporting Oracle EPM Key Relationships To successfully deliver technology solutions, it is essential to partner closely with Finance leadership, Finance Transformation teams, FP&A process owners, wider Engineering teams, Technology Delivery, Architecture, Data & Analytics teams, Security, Operations, and external implementation partners where applicable. This collaboration ensures alignment across strategic priorities, governance requirements, operating models, and business outcomes. Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies Essential Skills 12+ years of experience delivering and supporting Oracle EPM solutions. Deep expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS / EPBCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Strong knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM). Experience with EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView, and Data Management. Experience developing and supporting Groovy business rules, Calculation Manager, metadata structures, and planning models. Strong understanding of Oracle EPM integrations using EPM Automate, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and enterprise integration platforms. Experience managing complex planning, forecasting, workforce planning, and profitability modelling solutions. Strong understanding of Oracle EPM security, role design, governance, and audit controls. Experience leading production support teams and managing critical financial Planning cycles. Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and vendor governance capabilities. Desired Skills Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Cloud Enterprise applications. Experience with Workiva, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platforms, or similar analytics solutions. Knowledge of AI-enabled planning and forecasting capabilities within Oracle EPM. Experience leading Finance transformation programmes within global financial services organisations.
