We’re excited to welcome a Senior Content Specialist who will help us strengthen the quality and delivery of our Deals and Private Markets Data. We work closely across teams, and this role is crucial in connecting business requirements with technical execution, so we can deliver accurate, trusted, and well‑governed content to our customers. As part of our team, you help us bring clarity to complex requirements, collaborate with partners across the business, and ensure we deliver meaningful improvements that reflect both market needs and customer expectations. We lean on your expertise to support product development, enhance our content workflows, and guide data projects with varying degree of complexity. Together, we create content experiences that make a real difference! What You’ll Do In this role, we work together to document business needs, build detailed functional specifications, and guide content initiatives from planning through implementation. You help us keep projects moving, confirm that improvements land on time, and evaluate whether resources or funding are needed to deliver successfully. We also count on you to support helpdesk critical issues that require deeper content knowledge. You partner with Content Operations to clarify policies, refine collection methodologies, and support teams through training on new processes, tools, and updates. As market and regulatory environments evolve, you help us stay ahead by identifying potential impacts on our content. You collaborate with operations teams to explore process enhancements, streamline collection workflows, and maintain content quality that meets or exceeds our internal benchmarks.
